Refund and Return Policy for Transformative Art Healing

At Transformative Art Healing (TAH), we want you to feel confident in your journey with us. Below is our refund and return policy for digital courses, memberships, and physical products (art kits). Please review it carefully.

Digital Courses

We offer a 5-day, no-questions-asked refund on all digital courses, including the TAH Practitioner Certification Course. If you’re not satisfied, contact us at heather@heathersilvaart.com within 5 days of purchase for a full refund, no explanation needed. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. After 5 days, all sales are final, as you’ll have access to valuable course content immediately upon purchase.

Membership Program

Our TAH membership program is non-refundable, as it provides instant access to exclusive resources and ongoing support. However, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing heather@heathersilvaart.com. Once canceled, you won’t be charged for the next billing cycle, and access continues until your current period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Art Kits (Physical Products)

For art kits and all other physical products, we offer a 30-day return policy. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you expected, contact us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense unless defective. Refunds or replacements are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
